Occupational therapy (OT) is a treatment that helps you improve your ability to perform daily tasks. It can help you learn how to move through your environment or use different tools to participate in your activities safely. You might need OT after trauma or an injury. Occupational therapy is great for those who are unable to move easily, or perform a normal function in school or at work because of illness, pain, injury, or disability.
The goal of occupational therapy is to develop and improve the skills that are needed to live life as independently as possible. This includes things like being able to take care of yourself and to work without pain– as well as being able to leave your home and meet up with other people.

Myofascial release is a therapeutic approach that addresses pain and dysfunction by targeting the myofascial system, which is the network of muscles and connective tissues (fascia) that support the body. It involves applying gentle, sustained pressure or stretches to these tissues to release tension, improve tissue elasticity, and reduce pain.
Myofascial release can help with various conditions, including:
Chronic pain
Limited range of motion
Muscle imbalances
Fibromyalgia
Sports injuries
Postural issues
Back pain
Neck pain
TMJ disorder
